Delivery Policy
Delivery schedule is Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 4:30pm

Take away your old appliance. each | $20 |

- If no one is present to receive the item at the agreed delivery time, a re-delivery fee
(minimum $70) will apply. - Please notify any changes to delivery day/time 24 hours in advance.
- Please ensure that door/stairway sizes are ready before the delivery driver's arrival.
Also, remove any items in the way, including old appliances, and ensure doorways
are clear. Fix all water taps, drain points, and power sources. - Any situation with poor/restricted access or that requires the removal of main doors
must be addressed beforehand.
We can take away your old appliance when delivering your new product
If it is difficult to move or if there are many cockroaches, we may refuse pickup.
Warranty Policy
Warranty: First month free replacement or repairs, and 1 year of 50% store credit (purchase price). After this, you can swap for another appliance. This excludes any charged call-out fees if the technician finds the appliance has been damaged due to incorrect usage.
Returns & Cancellation policy
- You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of making the deposit.
- After 24 hours, used products will need to go back to the supplier’s factory for cleaning and testing. This will incur a Re-stocking fee of 15% + a minimum re-delivery fee ($70+).
- Please note, you will be responsible for the return delivery or must return the product yourself.
- Refunds will be in the form of store credit only.
